As abolitionist educators, we know what it takes for institutions to “walk the talk” of their mission statements. Through our consulting services, Bmore Transform offers personalized and comprehensive support that enables schools and organizations to equitably and sustainably be more inclusive and transformational spaces.
Bmore Transform specializes in designing, planning, and implementing a diverse and effective menu of options that support schools’ and organizations’ missions and further their strategic plans. Our classroom, school-based, and institutional expertise allows us to effectively and efficiently work with any youth-serving organization.

How We Work
Depending on your organizational goals, needs and capacity, we are equitable in our pricing structure. Transparent and honest communication are necessary for our partnership.
For more comprehensive projects, we typically use a hybrid retainer model, meaning that schools and organizations contract Baltimore Transformative Learning Collective upfront for a certain amount of hours of work. This includes planning time with relevant leaders, collaboration time with teams, pushing into classrooms, and more.
We offer three retainer tiers:
Our Purposeful Pilot includes 10 hours.
Our Transformational Tier includes 30 hours.
Our Liberatory Tier includes 70 hours.
